There are many historical buildings in our country, the United Kingdom, but what is their importance? Buildings serve all sorts of purposes, from homes to businesses, for politicians or royalty. They can often offer glimpses of how life was at the time they were built. Young children may enjoy finding out more about the importance of historical buildings in the countries which make up the United Kingdom and the reasons they were built.
