Staying Healthy - Food (Sources)

This quiz addresses the requirements of the National Curriculum KS1 Science for children aged 5 and 6 in years 1 and 2. Specifically this quiz is aimed at the section dealing with staying healthy and the sources of our food.

We have to eat to stay healthy and grow. Where food comes from is called its source. Where does our food come from? We buy most of our food from supermarkets. But where do they get the food from? You have learned that some of our food comes from plants. Most people also get some of their food from animals. What is the source of some of the foods we eat to stay healthy? Which foods come from plants and which come from animals?
