Grammar - New Regular Verbs Vocabulary

In this Spanish Medium Review quiz you will be introduced to a number of new regular verbs vocabulary. The introduction and the quiz have been created in an effort to help you to continue on with practicing how to say and conjugate all of the many Spanish vocabulary verbs in your ever growing word bank. In all, you have approximately 160 verbs that you can now use in both the present tense (presente tense) and the past tense (pretérito tense). There is an awful lot to remember which is why there are so many quizzes here on this site that address verbs.

Each verb quiz is designed to help you to become familiar with the many verbs and to see how each one is conjugated. In this quiz you will be focusing in on conjugating only regular verbs. That means the verbs are regular in the present tense but might be irregular in the past tense.

It is very crucial that you always pay close attention to each form of these conjugated verbs. Once you have studied the following regular verbs, move on to the quiz section.

BUCEAR (to dive): (regular in present / regular in past)

  • Present Tense: (yo) buceo; (tú) buceas; (él/ella/usted/lo) bucea; (nosotros/as) buceamos; (vosotros/as) buceáis; (ellos/ellas/ustedes/los) bucean
  • Past Tense: (yo) buceé; (tú) buceaste; (él/ella/usted/lo) buceó; (nosotros/as) buceamos; (vosotros/as) buceasteis; (ellos/ellas/ustedes/los) bucearon

INTENTAR (to try): (regular in present / regular in past)
