Fictional Places 2

There are fictional places as varied as the Delectable Mountains in John Bunyan’s Pilgrim’s Progress and Hades in both Homer’s Odyssey and Vergil’s Aeneid. There are schools such as Greyfriars attended by Billy Bunter, the infamous Grange Hill or J.K. Rowling’s school of witchcraft and wizardry, Hogwarts. And who can forget Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s Lost World, Skull Island, inhabited by the giant ape King Kong or the mystical Shangri-La in James Hilton's Lost Horizon?

This is the second in our series of three quizzes on fictional places of literature, film, stage, TV and radio. You can find memorable locations in a variety of dramas, comedies, fantasies and thrillers but how many of them can you remember? Have a go at this quiz and test your knowledge of fictional homes, towns, villages, islands and countries.
