This 'Suffix ly' spelling quiz will test KS1 children on spellings that can have this addition. The words used have been taken from and added to those suggested in the National Curriculum.
Certain words can have the letters ‘ly’ added to the end of them to change their meaning. This suffix means you should do it this way, so if a word has that addition it means do it the way the root word says. See if you can get 10 out of 10 in this spelling quiz.
