One part of the Health section of PSHE is diet. In this quiz, written for children in KS1 (years 1 and 2) we look at the five food groups and how they can be good or bad for our health.

If you want to be fit and healthy, as well as exercise, you need to make sure you eat a balanced diet. A balanced diet is one which contains the right amount of each of the food groups. If you do not know what they are, then here's a list:
