Staying heathy means eating a balanced diet and exercising to keep fit. Do you know the difference between proteins, carbohydrates and fibres? Which food groups are good for us, and which should we watch our intake of?
Some people go to the gym to keep fit, but it's not necessary. Walking, jogging and even doing exercises in your own home or garden is enough to keep you healthy. Swimming is a great way to exercise and it's important to learn to swim.
