This quiz addresses part of the requirements of the National Curriculum KS1 for children aged 5 and 6 in years 1 and 2 in Computing. Specifically it looks at staying safe on the internet, what to do and where to get help and advice. It is one of 20 quizzes to help you find out about how computers work, and how they affect all our lives.
Computers are great to use. The internet can help you do your homework, and has lots and lots of information. But staying safe is important. You need to take care. We all do. Just like you have to be careful who you talk to, and have to be careful crossing the road, so you have to take care on the internet. Who would you ask for help and advice on staying safe? Your parents or teacher could give advice. But be careful who you speak to on the web. This quiz is about some of the ways you can take care and stay safe on computers, phones and gadgets.
