The names of most companies and organizations require a capital letter. Some companies and brand names deliberately use a lower case letter to begin their name, such as BBC iPlayer, eBay and iTunes. This is a relatively modern trend and is acceptable in English. For these brand names, you would always spell them as the company created them. So you would write eBay, not EBay or Ebay. It would actually be wrong to spell them with a capital letter! As you often read on our English quizzes, there are always exceptions!
