Make a word by using numbers! If that sounds odd, read on to find out how.
In these 11plus verbal reasoning quizzes, you need to find the word that completes group b in the same way as the word in brackets completes group a.
You will find a pattern between the two words in the first group, like the 1st letter from the 1st word being followed by the same numbered letter from the 2nd word. These can be quite tricky to work out, so a pencil and paper is a good idea to help you.
If you completed Make a Word 1 you will have worked out that the best way to do this type of question in the 11+ tests is to number the letters, and then just transfer the code to the missing word. Have a look at the example to get a good grasp of what is required.
