This Sound oi spelling quiz teaches elementary school children words with that sound. The sound ‘oi’ makes the same sound as that made by ‘oy’.

I was trying to trick you here - we rarely end a word with 'oi', so if the 'oi' sound is at the end of a word it will probably be spelled with 'oy'. The 'oi' sound will usually either begin a word or be in the middle of it.
