The Social education aspect of PSHE is mostly about learning to get on with others. One part of this, which is taught to KS1 children in years 1 and 2, is recognising how other poeople are feeling, or their emotions.
In this quiz, written for children aged 5-7, we look at various facial expressions and see how well children are at recognising them. It is important that we consider how other people feel and being able to tell from how they look is a great help in this.
See how good you are at telling how other people are feeling. Look at each of the pictures in this quiz and tell us which emotion the person in them is feeling. Good luck!
