- No harmful, unsafe, or unrelated content is permitted.

- Children and parents always know they are interacting with AI (“Lucy”).
- AI does not pretend to be human.
- Limitations are made clear – if AI doesn’t know, it says so.

3. Data Protection

- We collect only essential information to run quizzes safely.
- No data is sold, shared, or used for advertising.
- Data is stored securely and deleted regularly in line with our Privacy Policy.

4. Educational Integrity

- All quiz content is written by qualified teachers and aligned with the UK National Curriculum.
- AI supports learning but does not replace teachers or tutors.
- Content is regularly reviewed to ensure accuracy and relevance.

5. Accountability

- Our systems are monitored daily for safe and effective use.
- Parents, teachers, and schools can contact us with questions or concerns.
- We remain aligned with emerging UK legislation on AI in education.
