Exercise - Age 5-7

Exercise is part of the Health section of PSHE. In this quiz, written for KS1 children in years 1 and 2, we explain how important exercise is for our wellbeing. There are lots of ways that you can exercise and it is not necessary to go to a gym. Even your school playground is place where you can exercise.
