Welcome to another Eleven Plus maths quiz on measures. This is the second of our medium level quizzes, and it will test how well you know your metric measurements.

There are several metric measurements in common usage. Take a look at this list:

  • Length: millimetre (mm); centimetre (cm); metre (m); kilometre (km)
  • Weight/mass: milligram (mg); gram (g); kilogram (kg); tonne
  • Area: square millimetre (mm²); square centimetre (cm²); square metre (m²); hectare (ha)
  • Volume: cubic millimetre (mm³); cubic centimetre (cm³); cubic metre (m³); millilitre (ml or mL); litre (l or L)
