Writing - Guess the Missing Letter
Can you use your skills to spot the missing letter?

Writing - Guess the Missing Letter

Writing - Guess the Missing Letter asks KS1 children to read a word carefully and figure out which letter is missing. This will hopefully encourage them to edit their work. Self-editing is mentioned in the National Curriculum for Year 2 pupils. This quiz adds another feather in their English and literacy cap!

There are 26 letters in the alphabet but some letters have run away. Have a look at the words and see if you can find the missing letter.
