Prepositional phrases should be used in a student's writing. They add detail to what is happening in the narrative or essay. A prepositional phrase starts with a preposition and ends with a noun. There can be more than one prepositional phrase in a sentence. In this quiz, students will identify prepositional phrases in sentences and choose the correct prepositional phrase for the sentence.
