Flower Displays!
The poppy is a beautiful wildflower. But how would you say poppy if you were speaking Spanish?

Flower Displays!

This Spanish Difficult Review picture quiz will take a look at the beauty of flowers and flower displays. In fact,

'Spring is coming this I know.
I know because I see the first little flower,
It is blooming above the melting snow.
Spring is coming this I know.
I know because the trees have blossoms
All lining up in a row.
It brings me cheer and warms my heart
As warmer days begin to flow
.'

(Christine Broome)

For many people, the first sign of a flower in the springtime helps to cheer them up, especially after a long cold winter. Fortunately, in today’s world we can enjoy flowers all year long. Flowers are the way to say 'I love you' or 'I’m sorry' or 'just because'!

Do you have a favorite flower and did you know that there are over 250,000 known flowering plants in the world? That would be an awful lot of Spanish words! Alright, so you don’t know 250,000 Spanish words for flowers. That’s okay because this quick picture quiz will only address ten of those that you have already been introduced to. That shouldn’t be too difficult. Not only that, the pictures that go along with each quiz sentence will help you to associate the flower to its Spanish word. Be sure to look at each answer carefully and watch out for spelling if you want to find the correct Spanish translation. Now, onto beautiful flower displays!
