This Spanish Medium Review quiz will once again challenge you on being able to quickly draw upon your Spanish vocabulary bank of words. In fact, this quiz is the third of four smorgasbord of words quizzes that you were introduced to in the Spanish Medium Review quizzes titled Vocabulary: A Smorgasbord of Words! (Part 1) and Vocabulary: A Smorgasbord of Words! (Part 2). Each of these quizzes has been designed to challenge you to have to think and then draw upon all of the Spanish you have learned to date.

The quiz questions and/or sentences found below can be about anything, including vocabulary, translating sentences, science, even doing math. Because it is a smorgasbord, you can expect anything. So without any further delay, please move to the quiz section and amaze yourself with just how much you have already learned thus far in your Spanish journey!

To find the correct answer you must know the verb’s conjugated endings. The first, third and last answers respectively mean you liked (singular familiar), you liked (plural familiar) and they/you (plural formal) liked. Each of these is the past tense form of the verb. The second answer means you like (plural familiar) in the present tense. Therefore, it is not the past tense verb form of gustar.

To find the correct translation to this sentence you must know the Spanish word for loft. That word is desván. That means that the correct translation is: Margaret vive en un desván.

The first answer means French horn. The second answer means tambourine. The third answer means keyboard and the last answer means rabbit. Clearly the last answer is not a musical instrument.

The first answer means dusk. The second answer means eon. The third answer means millisecond and the last answer means flash.

The proper written translation for the number 207 in Spanish is doscientos siete. There is no 'y' used.
