In French, as well as in English, abbreviations abound. You’ll find them in news articles, public buildings, and public services, so if you can familiarise yourself with some common French ones then you will be less confused when you come across them. Learning them all is a massive task, but this quiz will help you to revise some of the ones you are most likely to see. And it will help you in those all-important GCSE exams.
